![]() Maybe not a problem for you since you have so many folders, but something to be aware of. It is extremely annoying, since I can't even store 1 years with of email in a given archive folder. I archive my work emails every 3-4 months, and have to make new folders for archiving to due to PostBox's file size limit. I can't help specifically with your question, but I will warn you of one gotcha with PostBox that I have found: a limit on the size of the directory you are archiving to. Thanks in advance for your time and help! Is there any way to get the IMAP folders into offline folders in a structured way? This is not a realistic solution as there are 10s of thousands of e-mails in an intricate folder structure. The only thing that works is creating an offline folder manually and then copying e-mails over. However, I cannot move the synchronised Gmail IMAP folders into offline "On My Mac" folders. I marked ALL Gmail folders for offline use, so the messages are downloaded on the Mac. Google allows you to export all your e-mails but unfortunately does not preserve the folder structure. Before doing this, I wish to transfer and save all my Gmail e-mails offline, "On my Mac". I am thinking about moving away from Gmail.
